We went to eat ice cream with 2 people. We ordered 2 spaghetti ice cream 1 with amarina and 1 with nut egg liqueur. We got 2 glasses with 1x Amarina and 1 with chocolate, we thought it was right so we ate the ice cream. This turned out to be wrong because the waiter came with different ice cream And said that this ice cream what we ordered because we had tasted the other ice cream we had to pay for all 4 sundae. We disagreed with this and left and left all the ice. After a few minutes he came back and took the wrong sundae without saying a word. In the end we only paid the ordered sundae, but âŦ 1 more per cup. We felt treated very rude.
We (1 family consisting of 5 people) wanted to eat an ice cream there. Just as we sat down at a table, the waitress turned us away from the restaurant in a very unfriendly manner, as it was not allowed for a family of 5 to sit outside at a table outside.
If it was half the price and twice the portion it would be ok. But this somehow creates the feeling of being ripped off ... Unfortunately, the price / performance ratio doesn't match at all.
We found the price of almost âŦ 7 for a spaghetti ice cream for the rather very small portion more than outrageous. At my ice cream parlor on site, the children's Spaghetti ice cream is even bigger for almost half the price. The ice cream is more vanilla than vanilla - in other words: a company that makes ice cream from ice cream pastes ... Lidl can now do that too. Sorry, sooo bad! Vanilla is just the naming there.
Service unfortunately very unfriendly.
Super expensive and mini portions Ordered two spaghetti ice cream to take away. The paper cup was only half full, 2 scoops of vanilla spaghetti and a mini splash of strawberry sauce. And all for an outrageous 6 âŦ. I'm still annoyed now that I paid before.
Delicious lemons đ ice cream, ball sizes from mini to maxi possible, friendly service đ
We brought ice cream to go there in July 2018 and were more than disappointed âšī¸ too expensive and tasted well.
Great ice cream, great location on the Moselle, nice staff. Anyone who complains about the price has never been to Italy
We were on the circular hiking Moselkrampen and returned to the ice cream parlor. A welcome destination after the first leg over the high and narrow paths. The children were happy about the Schockochake, which was delicious. My spaghetti ice cream was also a pleasure for my sweet taste. The outside ambience was outstanding. We sat outside in good weather. Unfortunately, this treat was a little expensive!
Ice cream is fantastic, great flavor and great service. Waitress was incredibly friendly and seemed to love her job to bits. I'd give it a 4.4, but Google doesn't allow me to rate that specific so I have to balance it out. Don't order ice cream with whipped cream. Flavorless.
Delicious ice cream and cheerful service. Top!
A very good ice cream sallon with good ice cream The service was very friendly and did not have to wait long This is definitely worth it
We got an ice cream here and unfortunately were not completely convinced of the ice quality. The ball price was also quite expensive (1.20 âŦ). What we liked was that the cup of waffle was and you could eat it. At least a small contribution against the garbage that accumulates in particular at such tourist sites.
The ice cream to take away was ok ... but the lady didn't seem to want to serve ice cream. Annoyed look, unfriendly .... not a good day, goodbye or something like that. I don't think that the ice cream should be homemade! Conclusion: you can try, but you don't have to ... there are certainly better ones
Great location with a direct view of the Moselle. The ice cream was delicious and the service extremely friendly and attentive! We'd love to come back next time.
I confidently recommend the beautiful terrace and very good ice cream. We look forward to coming here again
A good example of supply and demand. The location is great, the cappuccino delicious, but already steep at 3.50 euros. I didn't try the ice cream anymore. I find 1.20 per ball too violent. This does not seem to bother the tourists (mostly Dutch and British today). The turnover is right.
Most expensive and smallest balls on the Moselle - âŦ 1.20 - poor taste - extremely unfriendly sales behavior of the staff. You can obviously allow yourself this with walk-in customers.
Service was not friendly. Beautiful location on the Moselle. Ice was ok but there were a lot of ice in it (frozen water), and it was a bit too soft.
The ice cream tasted very much like artificial aroma and the balls were rather small.
